About our products.
The Soladey toothbrush is a new type of toothbrush that uses light and water to help brush your teeth!
The light (be it from indoor light or sunlight) and water reacts with the technology, creating negatively charged electrons.
These electrons work when you brush to help remove plaque.

As we get older, in order to enjoy good food, and have fun socially, as
well as stave off any illnesses, the health of our teeth becomes
extremely important. In recent years, having good dental hygiene and
oral care has been shown to be a great defense against viruses, and we
hope that with our Soladey Series, we can help to protect people’s
health, and improve their quality of life! -
Our Initiatives
Our team is also always looking for ways to improve in regards to
sustainable developments, and the Soladey 5 replacement brush head is
evidence of this, by creating an easily replaceable brush head that
means less waste, and as we move forwards, we look to develop oral care
products while thinking about Sustainable Development Goals SDGs laid
out by the UN, so that we can leave a clean and beautiful world for the
future generations to come! -
About Shiken.
Shiken was founded in 1981 as a developer and maker of oral care goods.
We have conducted joint research with many universities and research
institutes to accumulate and publish data on SOLADEY's plaque removal
rate, removal speed, and inhibition of reattachment of plaque. We apply
these test data to product development. In other words, we commercialize
only those products that are effective.
